SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM (PROEI) (Acronym for its name in Spanish)

Comprehensive Support for People with Learning Barriers

PROEI provides comprehensive training opportunities for people with disabilities, with the aim of maximizing the autonomy and independence of each student projected to an adult life. Different areas are developed:

Academic area

Our student population carries an academic load that includes the four core subjects: Spanish, mathematics, social studies, and science.
In addition, complementary subjects in an inclusive modality: Computer Science, Music, Values, English, Plastic Arts and Physical Education.

Social-Affective Area

With the support of the psychologist, we work on self-care and emotional development.

Independence: preparation for adult life with a view to possible labor insertion.

Labor Insertion

One of the areas of greatest benefit within the PROEI curriculum is the internship.

 

The program promotes the committed participation of families, students, teaching and administrative staff, and the national community in the comprehensive formation of students.
